InfraXleverages multi-angle imagery, high-resolution point clouds, and 3D BIM modelsto detect and analyse critical structural issues such as spalling, corrosion,joint misalignment, water ingress, and deformation. Advanced AI algorithmsperform automated condition grading and safety risk assessments, while AgenticAI dynamically generates maintenance strategies and optimised interventionschedules. All detected defects—including their types, dimensions, and precisespatial locations—are mapped directly to the corresponding elements within theBIM model. This enriched and conditioned BIM dataset can then be seamlesslyexported to structural analysis software, enabling engineers to evaluate theremaining load-bearing capacity and structural performance of the asset.Inspection results and maintenance actions are continuously updated in theas-built BIM environment, ensuring end-to-end traceability, data consistency,and informed decision-making throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
